BBQ Chicken Is In The Kitchen

My BBQ Chicken is in the kitchen. It's summer time and it's time for BBQ, but what do we do when the rain comes? You make some oven style BBQ! This is one of my "Get Down" recipes. I can see my husband and kids giving me the side eye when I'm preparing this. Here come the complaining." I just take too darn long to get done". I take my time because I want it to be just right. When it's all done they demolish it! Never are there any leftovers and that's the way I like it. That lets me know that I have done my job. Everyone full, satisfied and sleepy.
